Airport Residency

Peace, friendly employee. It will be great if decorate room little more.

Open floor & room without mirror

It was good hotel. We had a great time. There, as women's, we felt really secure. Staff was very supportive and good. The food was excellent as well.

Only restroom has an allege, and I thought the room tariff should be a bit lower.

The staff and their service. Very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was fine. Rooms were clean.

Due to road works accessibility was a bit of an issue and even cab drivers were getting confused about it.

Airport is nearby but to reach to the hotel is difficultBreakfast is OkayBathroom is too old and need renovation

Bathroom facilities is not up to the mark

1. The property is very nice but needs some renovation. 2. Staffs are very nice and helpful. 3. Due to construction work, if you are coming from Airtport, it will be almost 10km because as you need to take a long route. But going to the Airport is only 3.5 km. Google map shows both ways same distance :)4. The bed was comfortable.5. Food Options are less but sufficient, freshly made, and tastes good.6. They provided Room heater in the rooms without asking.

some renovation like painting as some places i can see the patches.

The place was clean.

There was only one soap in the room which I booked(which is not enough for a family). The receptionist didn’t return my correct change, instead she gave me whatever she has.

Breakfast was good. But the there were a lot problems with AC especially in the night. The staff would have been more supportive. Infact two years ago we have stayed and we were satisfied with the services and that was the reason for our rebooking but we were really disappointed this time.

Central location near to the airport. The place was also calm and quite and that was a place point.

We had a comfortable stay. Location is away from the crowd. Food was good.

Breakfast is good but lunch & dinner rates are very very high

Surround location is good

locality

not well maintained, walls are damaged, bathrooms not clean, smelly room

Room size, cleanliness and attitude of staff.

Mobile phones don't work at all well in the rooms .

Only the washroom is good b/c of bathtub only otherwise everything is not as it represents luxury room

In the luxury room there is no window for fresh air , air conditioner is very slow ,mini refrigerator is not working properly, In room glass and cups is not clean ,Bedsheet is not properly cleanThey don't provide full meal even if it is included in your staying package , you have to give extra money even if you want to eat or non veg additional.

Hospitality is the best. My kid wanted milk in middle of the night and it was arranged . Good food service and all the staffs are very generous

Room and outside area

Behaviour of the management. They have zero knowledge of how to do hospitality. There was no bathrobes, they were charging for water which includeds in daily house keeping. There was no chef I had a trouble in for lunch and dinner. They were only managing breakfast. I was not informed earlier for such kinda things.

Nothing .

I booked 13 rooms for Two nights stay ..but I had to check out the very first day and move into another property .

Good

Approach road

Room was very spacious and luxury was good

Every thing was good

Almost nothing

The almost absence of current water and of hot water in the room

No thanks

Cleanliness

Lovely Staff including everyone from house keeping to receptionists , which made my stay perfect.
